MetaOps is seeking candidates in metro areas across the USA to be considered for roles with our growing nation-wide customer base that calls on us for interim and contract-to-hire resources having honed skills and deep experience in Programming, Data Migration, and Integration on a wide variety of programming and database platforms, including traditional platforms as well as newer platforms employing Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Many of our customers need professionals who can start with “dirty data” in one set of systems and successfully clean it and then migrate/integrate it to other systems. Strong skills in programming and database languages, coding and testing software, updating programs, database design and development, quality methods, and more recently – AI, are all in demand.The kinds of roles vary – from interim, contracting, full and part-time assignments and occasional contract-to-hire situations in a wide range of industries and company sizes.

What you’d do
Every client will have different expectations, but in general you’d be responsible for a variety of part time, full time contracting, and contract-to-hire assignments involved in a range of activities including, for example: Start with a customer’s current systems, analyze how data is being stored and what the applications do to process the data, assess the condition of the data, then successfully develop and execute a plan to clean-up any dirty data, and then migrate and/or integrate everything to a new set of systems as required. Some opportunities will include upgrading the applications to newer technology (such as AI). Efficiency of this entire process will depend greatly upon the skills, experience, and tools that you can bring to the opportunity.
