As a part of the Metaguest Team, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing valuable connections with new and existing partners that drive the success of our upcoming AI products.

Summary

Metaguest is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. The primary responsibility of the Partnership Manager is to establish and maintain partnerships with hotels by visiting hotel General Managers (GMs), demoing our innovative products, and serving as an account manager for each property. This role involves regular travel within the assigned market to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Hotel Partnerships: Visit hotel properties to establish partnerships, presenting the value of Metaguest products to hotel GMs and decision-makers.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person demos of Metaguest products, showcasing their benefits and how they enhance guest experiences.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partnered hotels, managing requests, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Growth: Actively seek out and secure new hotel partners within the Boston market to expand Metaguest's presence.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hotel staff and management to ensure long-term partnerships and client success.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates and feedback to the Metaguest team on market trends, client needs, and product performance.
  • Virtual Meetings: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with partners who cannot meet in person.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Boston area to visit hotel properties during regular office hours (9am - 5pm, M-F).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

Reporting Structure

The Partnership Manager will report directly to the VP of Hotel Partnerships & Acquisitions. This is an individual contributor role with a significant impact on the growth and success of Metaguest in the Boston market.

Compensation

$40,000 USD Base Commission

OTE: $120,000 USD

Stock options and equity incentives.
