• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery in interpreting construction drawings, ensuring flawless execution of building plans.
• Efficient Logistics: Operate a forklift efficiently and safely, facilitating the movement and positioning of materials required for the metal building erection process.
• Safety First: Uphold OSHA certification standards, prioritizing safety throughout all construction phases.
• Quality Assurance: Execute metal building erection processes to perfection, maintaining adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Job requirements

• Prior Experience: To be considered for this position you MUST have prior experience working for a company that erects pre-engineered metal buildings listed on your resume.
• Safety Champion: OSHA 10 certification is preferred, demonstrating your unwavering commitment to safety standards and protocols.
• Seasoned Expertise: With 7 years of experience in metal building erection and crew leadership, you bring a wealth of knowledge and proficiency to the table.
• Driving Force: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential your journey with us will take you to new heights.
• Blueprint Brilliance: You possess the ability to interpret and implement engineered drawings with precision and accuracy, ensuring each building is assembled to perfection.
• Strength and Stamina: From lifting to climbing, you're no stranger to physical demands consistently and safely handling loads of 50-75 pounds and working at heights is all in a day's work.
• Managerial Mastery: Targeting individuals with managerial experience, we seek someone who embodies exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Language Advantage: While bilingualism is a plus, proficient English is required to effectively collaborate and communicate with our diverse team and clientele.
