We are looking for an Inventory Specialist/Cycle Counter who is committed and ready to contribute to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including cycle counting, organizing materials, receiving incoming shipments, and assisting with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tracks and physically counts all items as part of a cycle count.
Resolves Inventory Control issues accurately and productively.
Reconcile weekly inventory cycle count variances to root cause and lead the process to reduce errors.
Evaluate transactions to resolve count discrepancies, working closely with Inventory/Procurement Manager and Production Manager to resolve discrepancies.
Plays a significant role in error detection and process improvement.
Operates scale for small parts.
Assists in inventory management.
Professionally communicate within the company to complete all assigned tasks.
Promote company culture and ensure standards are maintained.
Requirements:
Detail Oriented
Self-Motivated
Energetic
Forklift Certified
Possess the skill and ability to use a computer.
Sufficient visual acuity to read instructions and part numbers.
Experience of working in an ERP (2 Years Required)
Physically able to perform duties such as standing for extended periods, squatting, bending, and lifting heavy objects – 50 to 75 pounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Experience:
Counting physical inventory routinely.
Ensure and maintain inventory accuracy, control, and integrity.
Maintain product identification and location.
Research discrepancies and resolving potential issues.
Develop solutions for inventory issues such as overstocking.
Inspecting products and keeping a record of damaged goods.
Managing deliveries and checking products against logs.
