We consult with trade professionals and do-it-yourselfers alike, assisting them in their material needs and working closely with them to find solutions for projects of all sizes. 

As part of our team, you'll be joining a company with a 35-year history and a fun and dynamic workspace. We believe in taking care of our employees and providing you with the tools for success, continual training, and support! 

In this position your responsibilities will include…

• Safely operating our 21' flatbed delivery truck to pick up and drop off materials.
• Operating our forklift to receive and ship out metal.
• Familiarizing yourself with the many products we carry & offer.
• Keeping our shelves stock and organized.
• Cutting metal on our cold saw.
• Building long term relationships with customers through trust and communication!

Pay and Training Information:

This position starts with a base pay of $35,000 per year. We will start you on a 4-week training path in which you’ll learn all about our inventory, and our internal processes and procedures.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Louisiana Class D License and operation of Flatbed Truck
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs unassisted
• Understanding of measurement with fractions, decimals, tape measures and calipers
• Excellent customer service skills & etiquette 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
