In this position your responsibilities will include
- Safely operating our 21' flatbed delivery truck to pick up and drop off materials.
- Operating our forklift to receive and ship out metal.
- Familiarizing yourself with the many products we carry & offer.
- Keeping our shelves stock and organized.
- Cutting metal on our cold saw.
Pay and Training Information :
This position starts with a base pay of $35,000 per year. We will start you on a 4-week training path in which you’ll learn all about our inventory, and our internal processes and procedures.
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- Valid Louisiana Class D License and operation of Flatbed Truck
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs unassisted
- Understanding of measurement with fractions, decimals, tape measures and calipers
- Excellent customer service skills & etiquette
- Fluent in written and spoken English
