Position Title: Maintenance Assembly Supervisor
General Purpose of the Role: Coordinate all maintenance activities in the production areas.
Essential functions of the Role:
Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies
Supervise and assist maintenance personnel
Responsible for maintenance personnel performance evaluations and interviews
Oversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts and supplies
Develop and conduct training activities
Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
Process employees Kronos records for weekly payroll
Additional responsibilities as required – this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change
Academics and Experience Criteria:
Associate Degree in related field, or 5-10 years of experience in maintenance management in automotive/industrial manufacturing
2 - 5 years maintenance management experience, including supervisory & training in automotive or an industrial related field
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Experience with welding automation
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with equipment maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment: hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable controllers, motion control, and machine shop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
