Metalworks is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Lincoln, NE
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians at all Metalworks facilities. In addition, the Quality Manager will maintain and implement improvements to the overall Quality processes and procedures throughout the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review monthly measures and metrics.
- Monitor suppliers
- Lead 8D/CAR meetings.
- ISO 9001:2015 maintenance.
- Perform PPAP’s with Quality team
- Hold quarterly Quality meetings with applicable departments.
- Monitor QC Hold and CAR logs and perform Pareto analysis.
- Handling of day-to-day quality issues and questions as they arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management, quality systems, and quality control
- Familiarity with CGMP, FDA regulations, and quality audits
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify trends
- Ability to lead quality inspections and ensure adherence to standard
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
