Job Summary:

The Developmental Football League is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the football operations of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in football and supervising staff, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, including overseeing football team activities, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service are maintained.
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver top-notch service and uphold company policies.
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in football and business.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in supervising teams.
- Knowledge of football operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $78,290.00 - $85,896.00 per year
