Client is seeking a skilled professional for a position involving broker follow-Client, voucher preparation, signage ordering, tour book and survey assembly, and email marketing campaigns. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required. Prior commercial real estate experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with brokers
- Prepare and manage vouchers

Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in InDesign (2 years preferred), Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, dependability, creativity, attention to detail, and professional demeanor
- Previous commercial real estate experience and an associate or bachelor's degree are advantageous
