Responsibilities :
- Greet guests
- Check guests in
- Direct phone lines
- Offer beverages to guests
- Load the dishwasher
- Ensure cups, plates, etc. are always available for guests
- Ready to assist with any needs from guests
- Business professional dress is required
Years of Experience Needed :
- 1 year of professional experience is required Level of Education :
- H.S Diploma
- H.S Diploma
Systems / Software Proficiencies :
Microsoft Office Suite
Top Must-Have Skills :
- Professional facing
- Strong customer service personality
- Communication skills
Top Nice-to-Have Skills :
Past experience as a high-end receptionist or concierge
