Metasys Technologies is Hiring a Copy Operator Near New York, NY
Role- Legal Copy Operator
Location- New York, NY 10016 (onsite)
Contract duration-3 months (Potential to convert to perm)
Shift Hours- Mon-Fri, 8am -5pm
Responsibilities:
- Operate high volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
- Perform copying, scanning, and document management tasks.
- Maintain and repair copier equipment and handle sensitive documents.
- Manage office supplies, sort and distribute mail/faxes, and perform filing duties.
- Respond to service calls, provide customer support, and coordinate projects.
- Operate MS Office, image handling software, and manage billing logs.
- Perform OCR, file formatting, and FTP tasks; handle document binding and finishing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of legal industry experience preferred.
- IPRO experience preferred; competency in operating office equipment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, and technical aptitude.
- Must be fully vaccinated with at least 1 booster.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
