Title: Desktop Support (Voice Scope)

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Desktop Engineer IV - Voice Scope at our Stamford, CT location. This role will primarily focus on providing first contact support for all desk-end voice-related incidents and requests, ensuring seamless operation of telephony devices including IPC dealer-board, Avaya handsets/headsets, and Zoom.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deployment testing of new telephony devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-related incidents, escalating to 2nd/3rd line support when necessary.
• Support IPC, Avaya Telephony, and Zoom-related faults at users' desks.
• Coordinate with 2nd/3rd support teams to log incidents with third parties such as IPC.
• Maintain accurate incident records and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Collaborate with the team to support other engineers and assist during major incidents or changes.
• Provide onsite support as needed, including after hours and during major incidents.

Skills Required:

• Experience in trade floor support and trader voice telephony (IPC/Avaya/Zoom).
• Understanding of telephony solutions and integrations (private wires, voice recording).
• Ability to handle telephony issues at users' desks and escalate as necessary.

Proficiency with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
