New York, NY (onsite)Client is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator with 1 year of front-facing experience to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Answer tenant phone calls and handle inquiries.
- Create and distribute work orders using Building Engines.
- Maintain compliance logs for certificates of insurance.
- Liaise with building engineers, electricians, and porters to address tenant complaints and building issues.
- 1 year of front-facing experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, people-oriented, fast learner, very professional demeanor.
