- Handle all inbound calls; route calls to appropriate people and mailboxes.
- Provide general customer service.
- Occasionally assist at the front desk : issue badges, greet guests, and answer phones.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Essential skills : mature demeanor, composed, customer service attitude, professional phone skills.
- Preferred experience : prior call center or receptionist roles.
