Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the Supply chain or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

· Proven track record of defining and launching successful cloud-based platforms.

· Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on influencing and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Experience:

· Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
