Metis Search are currently partnered with a top Middle Market Investment Bank who are looking to add Technology focused Managing Directors to their SF based group.

We are keen to connect with experienced revenue generating Managing Directors with a strong footing in Cybersecurity M&A.

Ideal candidates should have the below credentials:

• 8 years’ experience in investment banking with a strong background in Technology mergers & acquisitions and / or debt advisory / capital markets;
• Able to source deals (including the ability to originate leads, distinguish compelling deals from also-ran transactions, market the firm to the potential client, and manage the engagement letter negotiation process)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• Proven revenue generator/originator;
• Manage communications on active Merger & Acquisition transaction execution including, but not limited to: financial analysis, model creation, drafting memoranda, due diligence, attending client meetings and drafting sessions, creating data rooms, and any other support services required to assist in closing an engagement;
• Strong execution skills including compiling marketing materials, structuring and negotiating transactions, including bringing deals back on track when they run into the inevitable road blocks;
• Capable of effectively leading multiple day-to-day client relationships with the CEOs / business owners over long periods of time and multiple client engagements;
• Highly motivated, personable (both with clients and colleagues).
