seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team. We specialize in large-scale installations of water main and
sewer main infrastructure, often in complex and demanding conditions.

Role Overview:

As a Superintendent, you will oversee and manage the execution of water main and sewer main construction
projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in navigating difficult terrain and conditions will be crucial in ensuring the
successful delivery of these critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
 Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards, particularly regarding trench shoring and
steel plate installation.
 Oversee the work of subcontractors and on-site personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure quality
workmanship and adherence to timelines.
 Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise, implementing effective solutions to keep
projects on track.
 Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular inspections and ensuring all team
members are trained and equipped to work safely.
Requirements:
 Extensive experience (10 Years ) as a Superintendent in water main and sewer main construction projects, preferably
in challenging environments.
 Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, demonstrating strong leadership and decision--
making skills.
 In-depth knowledge of trench shoring techniques, steel plate installation, and other safety practices related to
underground construction.
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
