The innovative company is looking for a Regional Sales Director in Indiana or Ohio; in this role, you will responsible for initiating/managing the complex sales process from prospect to close, as well as managing a team of direct and indirect reports across the Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky region.

You must have:

• Mechanical Circulatory Support experience (preferably LVADs or Artificial Heart); calling on Cardiac Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists and other relevant personnel etc.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mentality
• 7 years Sales Experience
• 4 Years Experience Managing a Team
