Metric Bio is partnered with a high-growth Surgical MedTech business to hire their VP Medical Education.

Newly created role to lead the entire Medical Education function for an innovative business who have achieved consistent double-digit growth over recent years.

We're looking for a Leader with real credibility in the Surgical space. You'll be driving Education strategy - and be responsible for leading a team of Director's and Manager's.

Lots of KOL engagement throughout the US so we're looking for a well-connected leader who can drive this forward.

Experience:

• 8 years' experience in Medical Education function
• 10 years' experience working for a Surgical MedTech business (Ortho, Spine, General Surgery, Cardiology, Neuro)
• Strong exposure to Cadaver Training
• Strong track record of KOL engagement
• Prior experience can be in Sales or Clinical
