Summary:

We are seeking a Sr PM with at least 5 years of managing High Voltage Transmission, Distribution and Substation Construction projects.

You will be joing an organization made up of highly qualified professionals specializing in engineering, design, asset management, and construction management for the electric utility and other industries. With over 700 employees, we deliver comprehensive utility services across various regions.

Repsonsibilites:

• Ensure project compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations, providing proper training and maintaining safety standards.
• Manage project controls and contract management, coordinating closely with construction management for successful project delivery.
• Lead pre-construction efforts, including bid preparation, contract and exhibit review, and execution planning to set the project up for success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress through communication with the superintendent to keep the project on schedule and within budget, making adjustments as necessary.
• Oversee project cost forecasting, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, material, and equipment usage to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage project or construction management, estimating, or project controls on major projects.
• Familiarity with corporate systems, with preference for experience in Primavera P6, JD Edwards, QuickBase, and B2W platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work on project locations as required.
• Strong skills in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical specifications, drawings, financial reports, and legal documents.
• In-depth knowledge of project management, project controls, contract management, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, negotiations, construction management, and safety practices.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and activities.
• Knowledge of accounting revenue recognition concepts and operations relevant to construction.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Range of $135k-$160k dependent on exp.
