The ideal Project Manager will oversee Hotel Construction projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycles
• Manage project budgets
• Oversee project teams
• Negotiate contracts
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience doing renovations, PIP, and ground-up hotel construction or similar projects (i.e. multi-family or student housing)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Full working knowledge of national hotel brands’ product positioning requirements/brand standards
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Travel required 25% to 30%

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
