Metrics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with their I*DEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) initiatives. This remote position requires an experienced professional who can manage multiple workstreams, develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, and ensure successful project execution in alignment with executive orders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of the VA's I*DEA initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the I*DEA Council Integrated Master Schedule.
• Implement project management support aligned with executive orders.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Communications Strategy and Plan for the I*DEA initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility within the project team.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years managing a major program with multiple workstreams for a Government Agency or large-scale private organization.
• Over 3 years of experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion projects.
• Over 2 years of project management experience in a Government agency.
• Over 3 years of experience providing and leading strategy development and support for a Government Agency or large-scale private organization.
