Position Overview: As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at MetricStream, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization and expanding an already impressive footprint various sectors such as Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, High Tech, Retail, etc. We are seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who revel in the challenge of acquiring and securing new clients, as well as growing within existing strategic accounts. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills, cultivate a strong pipeline, close deals, and earn significant commissions for your achievements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities highlighting MetricStream's GRC solutions as the transformative answer to the customer's needs
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how MetricStream can elevate the customer's GRC capabilities and provide value
  • Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar ARR deals with Executives and C-level individuals at large enterprise accounts
  • Expand existing Executive and C-level relationships and build new ones, utilize a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner
  • Effectively manage your pipeline by identifying and focusing on high-potential enterprise clients, while also addressing qualified demand generated by our marketing efforts
  • Make meeting quotas a regular practice. Approach your work with a drive for success that propels you to consistently surpass expectations
  • Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time
Skills And Experience
  • Selling into information security is the top preference, followed by enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and vendor management persona experience
  • Cybersecurity domain experience is a plus
  • Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) domain experience is a big plus
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise sales environment
  • A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a desire to maximize commission earnings
