The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and oversee multiple areas simultaneously. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily departmental operations. * Supervise personnel and manage schedules. * Order supplies and manage equipment. * Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Handle multiple priorities at once. * Supervise multiple areas efficiently. *Qualifications* *Education:* * Required: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing. * Required: Master’s degree in nursing or a related field (health administration, business, public health, or management). *Experience:* * Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment, such as a manager or full-time charge nurse or related position. *Certifications:* * Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law in the state of practice or policy; CPR certified. *Additional Requirements:* * Complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding mandatory vaccination. Proof of full vaccination or an approved exemption is required before the start date. Regular testing is mandatory if exempted. *Candidate Details* The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize and communicate effectively, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and supervise various areas. A background with an academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's) and a master's degree in a related field is required.
