Our Award Winning Client is currently seeking a Contract Manager to join their dynamic team. The Contract Manager will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing cost-effective provider networks across multiple products. Reporting to the NH Director of Contracting and Provider Engagement, this role involves assessing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing provider network adequacy and performance. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of progressive experience in provider network contracting and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract language and reimbursement negotiations with a variety of provider entities.
• Analyze data and assess provider network adequacy against required standards and business expectations.
• Develop strategies for improving provider and network cost, utilization, and quality performance.
• Ensure provider compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups as needed.
• Support strategic network composition and design initiatives.
• Manage provider implementation to ensure accurate data integration across systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contracting hospitals, physicians, and ancillary service providers.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in contracting and analytical roles.

Competencies, Skills, and Attributes:

• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contract finance and provider reimbursement methodologies.
• Familiarity with federal and state Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial applications.

Technical Skills:

• DRG, Capitation, APMs, Fee-for-Service, Per Diem, Per Case, Percent of Charges methodologies.
