Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Director of Cardiovascular Services in Las Cruces, NM.

Key Requirements:

  • Licensure and Education:
  • Active or eligible New Mexico RN license is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Seven years of experience in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Previous involvement in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives.
  • Certification:
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities:

As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of cardiovascular operations, including:

  • Leadership and mentorship of staff.
  • Development and enforcement of policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring accreditation compliance and maintaining accountability for the program's budget and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required). MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA (highly preferred).
  • Experience: Seven years in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role. Previous experience in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable.
  • Licensure: Active New Mexico RN license.
  • Certification: BLS and ACLS required.
