Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice (2 years)
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)
• Willingness for required travel for this position

Preferred

• Proficiency with tablets and mobile phones
• RN License number

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday – Thursday: 5 p.m. - 8 a.m. Alternate shifts may be considered
