Hospice Registered Nurse

Join our Award Winning Client's exceptional care team as a Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse in New Kensington, PA. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide compassionate support to hospice patients in New Kensington, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate charting, meeting critical deadlines.
• Self-manage schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and various EMR software, including TruChart EHR and other EMR systems.

Schedule: 8am Saturday through 8am Monday. Scheduled breaks provided during the shift for resting.

Travel: Local travel required.

Technical Skills Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• 2 years of Hospice experience
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse - Hospice

• Territory: Coverage includes New Kensington (Brackenridge, Cheswick, Creighton, Harwick, Natrona Heights, Russelton, Tarentum, Springdale, Apollo, Avonmore, East Vandergrift, Hyde Park, Leechburg, North Apollo, Vandergrift, Sarver, Kittanning, Ford City, Freeport) and North Hills (Bellevue/Westview, North Side, Robinson/Coraopolis, Aliquippa, Ambridge, Baden, Beaver, Beaver Falls, Clinton, Conway, Freedom, Hookstown, Industry, Monaca, Georgetown, Midland).
• Preferred Experiences: ICU, oncology, and inpatient hospice; not suitable for those with experience in doctors' offices or operating rooms.
• Schedule: 8 am Saturday through 8 am Monday, with scheduled breaks for resting.
