Job Description:
Our client seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee operations in their Rolling Department. The ideal candidate will drive long-term sustainability strategies, lead departmental staff, and ensure efficient equipment maintenance. Key responsibilities include budget management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Activities:

• Develop and monitor maintenance effectiveness metrics
• Ensure integration of TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
• Actively participate in TPM, Kaizen, and EHS initiatives
• Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders
• Manage departmental R&M budget
• Set and review annual development and performance objectives

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum eight years of maintenance experience
• Minimum three years of budget management experience
