SIGNING BONUS: $15K with a 2-year commitment

• Bonus will be paid out as follows:
• $5K- within the first 30-days of employment

Job Description

Our Registered Nurses are integral to our mission of providing exceptional patient care. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in emergency situations. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and provide patient education.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Technical Skills:

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems proficiency.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments.

Shift:

• 7 PM - 7 AM
