Overview:
Our Award-Winning Client, recognized for excellence and operating on a national scale, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is a full-time night position requiring a minimum of one year of critical care experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Join the ICU team at our Award-Winning Client’s prestigious healthcare facility, where you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care for critically ill patients in a 4-bed medical/surgical unit. Collaborate with onsite hospitalist physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices in critical care. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
• Performing assessments and developing patient care plans.
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
• Operating and monitoring advanced life support equipment.
• Ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Documenting patient care and communicating effectively with healthcare team members.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
• Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Commitment to obtain CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Three years of current critical care RN experience.

Job Highlights:
This full-time role involves a commitment to 36 hours per week (.9 FTE) on the night shift. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering excellence in critical care. The position comes with a $15,000 Lump Sum Sign-On Bonus paid within 30 days of starting.
