Job Title: Software Engineer

Overview:
As a dedicated member of the High Performance Computing (HPC) group, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates across multiple functions to support and enhance crucial missions. This role involves utilizing advanced tools and technologies to develop and maintain sophisticated HPC software and hardware systems.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field such as Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required upon hire.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the need to handle classified information.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Develop and support mission-critical applications for embedded systems and HPC software and hardware.
• Lifecycle Support: Engage in the sustainment and lifecycle support of advanced computing systems.
• Technical Expertise: Apply a broad knowledge of software languages, hardware specifications, and industry best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced mathematics and physics to solve complex problems.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute effectively to team dynamics, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Software Testing: Develop and test software for High Performance Computing applications and embedded systems.
• Professional Growth: Embrace opportunities for continuous professional growth and development.

Technical Skills and Certifications:

• Required:
• Embedded Systems Development
• High Performance Computing (HPC)
• Proficiency in C/C and Python
• Experience with Linux
• Active Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Preferred:
• Experience with embedded Linux and additional programming languages.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces and low-level software solutions.
• Familiarity with Assembly, Rust, and other programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to technical challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $145,000.00 per year
