Job Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting the autonomy and dignity of each patient.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure patient and environmental safety, integrating evidence-based practices into nursing care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain relevant certifications.
- Lead and coordinate inter-professional care teams, modeling professional behaviors.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License.
- BLS Certification - American Heart Association.
- NRP Certification - American Academy of Pediatrics.
- At least 1 year of experience as a charge nurse in a cardiac cath lab setting.
- Critical Care and Stepdown Experience.
- National Certification in a related specialty.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
