Job Title: Hospice After Hours RN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hiring Bonus: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
QualificationsRequired:
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2 years of experience in Hospice care
  • 1 years of experience in any of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
    • Other EMR systems
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel as required for the position
Preferred
  • RN License number (required for submittal)
OverviewJoin our Award Winning Client's exceptional care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and significantly impact patients' lives. This full-time role provides a supportive work environment and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care management and execution of care plans
  • Assist patients in Springfield and surrounding areas
  • Recognize and reward the achievement of key milestones during the first year
Schedule and Shift Details
  • Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 8 AM
Our Award Winning Client has received numerous accolades and operates on a national level. This position supports patients within Luzerne, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties. Candidates with Hospice experience are preferred due to the after-hours nature of the role, but critical or acute care experience will also be considered. Experience outside of Hospice, Critical, or Acute care is not preferred.
