QualificationsRequired:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Over 2 years of experience in hospice care.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Other EMR platforms
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA).
- Possession of a valid Driver's License, a reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance.
- Comfort with the travel requirements of the position.
- RN License number.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage patient care plans collaboratively.
- Deliver support to patients in West View, PA, and neighboring areas.
- Adhere to crucial charting deadlines.
- Independently manage your time and schedule.
- Display proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
- 40 hours per week
- Day shifts
- Occasional on-call duties
- Local travel required.
