Full-Time Onsite Position with Bonus Opportunities! ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Medical Technician and $7,500 for Medical Technologist)Medical Lab (MLS) Medical Technician (MLT) Night Shift Great schedule! This is a Night shift position, 7 on and 7 off!Your adventures are calling! Join our Award Winning Client's amazing Laboratory team and work, live, and play in the mountains!Our Award Winning Client has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Medical Technologist/Technician in their Laboratory. This role involves receiving and collecting specimens for testing, performing chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, and other medical laboratory tests and examinations, and operating manual and automated lab equipment for specimen analysis.

Responsibilities
- Receive and collect specimens for testing.
- Perform chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, and other medical laboratory tests and examinations.
- Operate manual and automated lab equipment for the analysis of specimens.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and standards.
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT
- Bachelor's Degree
- Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Technologist required
- Expertise in performing chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, and other medical laboratory tests.
- Proficiency in operating manual and automated lab equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
- $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
- $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
- $4.25/hour weekend shift differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm Friday and 7am Monday.
- Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
- $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
- $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
- $4.25/hour weekend shift differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm Friday and 7am Monday.
- Medical Technician: Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.
- Medical Lab Scientist: Eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.
