Key Responsibilities
Engage in research activities and contribute to the development of treatment protocols
Provide feedback on clinic policies, procedures, and strategic planning
Provide exceptional healthcare services to patients
Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
Meet established productivity levels
Supervise aides and track patient progress
Focus on pain management as a critical component of treatment
Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise routines
Conduct evaluations for new patients and create tailored care plans
Administer treatments and establish functional, measurable goals
Decide appropriate timing for patient discharge and provide education on proper mechanics and strategies
Address patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and promptness
Commit to ongoing professional development by keeping abreast of the latest in research and techniques
QualificationsRequired:
Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy
Valid Physical Therapy License
Certification by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
Preferred
Experience in Interventional Pain (1 year)
Possession of any of the following certifications:
Wellness Coaching Certification
Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background with a focus on physical therapy and pain management. A Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy and a valid license are essential. Preferred candidates will have additional certifications in wellness coaching, clinical exercise physiology, or cardiac rehabilitation.
