From administering medication and monitoring vital signs to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the cardiac intensive care unit.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor and assess patient condition, including vital signs and response to interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, medications, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards and protocols.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
1 year ICU experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in administering medication and treatments
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
