- An Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
- At least one year of experience in a nursing role, with a valid RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Required certifications include:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- A valid Driver's License, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance are essential.
- Candidates must be open to required travel for this position.
- Provide high-quality Home Health care directly in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort and aiding in their recovery.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Demonstrable experience in Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care, ER, Med/Surge, Telemetry, or ICU.
- Strong competencies in maintaining patient records and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexible scheduling options with minimal weekend shifts.
- A robust 6-week onboarding program tailored to Home Health nursing.
