As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include implementing nursing care plans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers. Ideal candidates possess organizational skills, independence, and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct or indirect comprehensive nursing care to various age and diagnostic groups
  • Utilize nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care
  • Demonstrate nursing skills in prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team, patients, and families
  • Maintain patient comfort and safety; observe and report patient conditions
  • Respond to life-saving situations as per nursing standards and protocols
  • Use oral and written communications to convey healthcare information
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 1 years of experience in Medical-Surgical, Acute Care, ED, Critical Care, Burn Unit/Wound Clinic, Home Health, and Oncology
  • Valid RN license in New Jersey (NJ) and AHA BLS certification
