Key Responsibilities
- Quality and Safety Alignment: Ensure patient and environmental safety by integrating evidence-based practices into nursing care to improve patient outcomes.
- Advocacy and Ethical Care: Champion holistic and ethical care planning to uphold the dignity and autonomy of patients.

- 2-5 years of professional nursing experience.
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities with a strong focus on patient care.
- Holds a nursing certification.
- No travel required.
