Overview:
Join our small team as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative where you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Provide support for electronic sales transactions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Skills:
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Proficiency in POS systems for seamless transaction processing
- Experience in electronics or technology sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries effectively
- Excellent customer service abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to conduct product demos to highlight key features
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with technology sales is beneficial
Must:
-Have reliable transportation to and from work
-Be willing to work as part of a team
-Be available for two weeks of training
