**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Security Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and securing the lobby and location.

**Responsibilities:**

- Remain alert and vigilant at all times.

- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Responds efficiently to security incidents

- Observes and reports to managers any incidents that occur

- Enforce parking control (when warrented)

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Professional and kind interactions with the public

**Experience & Skills**

- Must have California Guard card issued by BSIS.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills

- Attention to detail

- Capacity to learn and retain multiple evolving forms of advanced technology.

- Knowledge of loss prevention principles

- Experience in surveillance techniques

- Ability to manage conflicts effectively

- First aid certification is a plus

- Understanding of law enforcement procedures is beneficial

- Familiarity with CCTV systems

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
