Metro Construction is seeking a full-time, qualified, motivated, self-starter of high integrity capable of clear, regular communication with superintendent, client, architect, engineering team, office personnel and code officials. This role incudes, but is not limited to: writing subcontracts, POs, managing submittal logs, kickoff, OAC and closeout/punch list meetings. Managing drawings, change orders, sub and owner billings, field orders and driving the schedule and quality of each project to completion.

- Proficient in construction management software, project scheduling, and project coordination
- Strong background in construction management and project management
- Preferred experience with Sage construction software (not a disqualifying factor)
- Preferred experience with MS Project and the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read blueprints, manage contracts, and demonstrate excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
