Position Summary

**CLOSERS NEEDED**Please read entire posting. Are you highly motivated and self-driven? Do you want to make lots of money? Are you dependable and reliable? Join Metro Flooring Contractors as a Sales Representative. We are currently looking for Sales Representatives to support our growing sales team.

We will provide you with preset and qualified leads. No need for cold calls. You will receive full comprehensive sales training to help set you up for success. You will continue to receive extensive sales support training once you are out working on the field. Our top sales reps make over 100,000k annually. Must have reliable transportation. We are located in Linthicum, Md. and service, MD, VA, WV, PA, DE

• Travel to prospective customers’ home to present and sell flooring
• Listen to customer requests to help them make informed decisions on their flooring projects
• Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible to help establish positive relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiating skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be technologically proficient
• Flooring knowledge is a plus but not required
• Must have own reliable transportation.

Schedule :

• Full-time
• Monday to Saturday (NO SUNDAYS)

Compensation :

• Paid training
• Salary plus commision
• Paid weekly
