**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Professional for Metro Hardwoods, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in sales roles.
**Duties:**
- Utilize telemarketing and warm calling strategies to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
- Exposure to CRM Software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement will be helpful.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Leverage Spanish language skills to expand our customer base in the Spanish-speaking market may be helpful.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and provide feedback on product improvements.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology sales and a passion for staying current with the latest advancements in the field.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is encouraged, but not required.
- Proven sales experience of 3 to 5 years within the distribution industry, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Lumber, industrial sheet goods, paint/stains and high pressure laminate experience will be helpful, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with telemarketing, warm calling, and outbound calling strategies.
- A passion for sales and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
