Job Overview:

Local Property management company is seeking self motivated individuals to perform general maintenance duties for single and multi-family homes. Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable / insured vehicle. You must have your own tools and knowledge of general maintenance. General maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC is a plus. Must have strong communication skills, must be able to work unsupervised and complete daily tasks. Good finishing skills are a must.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
