Summary:
Metro One is looking for a HR Generalist / Manager. This position will oversee personnel related functions including: recruitment, employee relations, performance management and policy development. This individual will ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, our HR manager may coordinate training programs, manage benefits administration and contribute to strategic planning for organizational development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role.
