You do not climb on roofs or crawl under buildings.You just walk through the building. If the ceiling has rain damage you know it's a bad roof.

If there is a water stain from the bathroom you know there is a water leak.If the house is on fire .... You get it.You take some pictures of the damage and fill out about 10 minutes' worth of paperwork.

We are in huge demand; it is easy, enjoyable, and pays very well.You will never be laid off, outsourced, or lose wages due to inflation or deflation.
